How can I return or exchange an item I ordered from ARaxma.com?
You can return any item ordered from ARaxma.com within thirty (14) calendar days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund.
Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy for partial returns.
Returning an item for exchange or refund is free of charge using our prepaid return label.
Gifts received can only be exchanged for an item of equal value. Please get in touch with our customer service team to have the prepaid return label emailed to you.
The following conditions apply to the return of perfumes:
- the item must be unopened and returned in its original packaging (with the transparent protective film intact);
- When returning a damaged product, the customer must ensure that the bottle is still airtight (if not, please contact our customer service team).
Items purchased from ARaxma.com cannot be refunded in the ARaxma store.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Log in to your account and click on 'Exchange an item or request a refund' in the 'Your Orders' section. Follow the instructions and:
- select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return;
- select your shipping method (home pickup with scheduled delivery)
- print your downloaded pre-printed return label (this step is only necessary if the return is not made via UPS).
If you cannot or do not wish to use the pre-printed return labels, please contact our customer service team, who will process your return.
In this case, you are required to provide proof of return and send the goods back using the carrier of your choice. The carrier will provide you with a shipping and delivery receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Hermès is not liable for returns to ARaxma.com that are lost, misdirected, or delayed by your chosen carrier. You assume all risks associated with these returns, including expenses, insurance, and shipping costs.
What is your return policy for standard items?
For non-personalized items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Within what timeframe will the refund be processed?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 15 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry about that! Please send a photo of the damaged item and your order number to returns@araxma.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
