What payment methods are accepted on ARaxma.com?

You can only pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, UnionPay®. Enter your credit or debit card number, expiry date, and security code on the designated page. Payments via PayPal® and Apple Pay® are accepted throughout Europe.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions carried out on our website Hermes.com are secure. A padlock symbol in the address bar beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure area.

Thanks to the 3D Secure system, security is further enhanced for payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® cards through the payment methods 'Verified by Visa®' and 'Mastercard® SecureCode'. For more information about the 3D Secure system, please see the section 'How does 3D Secure work?

How can I pay with this system?

In addition, ARaxma has implemented security measures to protect against unauthorized access to and use of the personal data you provide to us. However, please bear in mind that data transmission over the internet is never 100% secure and that information transmitted online may be intercepted and used by unauthorized third parties.

Do you accept international payment cards? Do you ship worldwide?

We accept international credit cards. However, please ensure you provide the international billing address associated with that credit card when placing your order.

Can I place an order using a credit card even though I am not the cardholder?

Yes, in that case, please provide the billing address associated with this credit card. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards and other payment methods are only charged after the order has been shipped, except for personalized products and pre-orders. In these cases, your card will be charged at the time of ordering. However, the amount may already be displayed as pending at the time of ordering.

What does the security code on my credit card mean?

The three- or four-digit check digit serves to secure payment transfers. You can find the check digit here: Either in the signature field on the back of your credit card. It consists of three digits (e.g., Visa or MasterCard). or on the front of the card above your credit card number. It then consists of four digits (e.g., American Express).

Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

Deliveries (conditions are subject to the availability of the following delivery services at the time of ordering): 

The following shipping costs apply: 

Deliveries to France and the Principality of Monaco:
Standard shipping is free for orders placed with Chronopost. 

Deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands:

  •  FedEx Standard: Free delivery.
  • Shipping costs for the FEDEX Express service are €10.00.

Delivery to Germany, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Poland, and the Czech Republic:

  • UPS Standard: Delivery free of charge
  • The UPS Express Saver service costs €10.00.
  • The UPS Express service costs €15.00.

Special deliveries: 
Shipping costs for a "Le Flâneur" bicycle are €150. Delivery is made by a freight forwarder by appointment. Customer service will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date.
Shipping costs for furniture/lighting are 6% of the order value, up to a maximum of €5,000.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since many of our items are made-to-order, please allow 7–30 business days for production. After that, standard shipping usually takes:

  • USA: 3–7 business days.
  • Europe: 7–15 business days.
  • International: 10–30 business days.
Can I track the processing of my order and its delivery?

To track your order, click on 'Your Account' in the top right corner of our website, ARaxma.com. Log in and access your order tracking information in the menu. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. You can reach us by phone or email via the 'Contact Us' section.

Can you deliver my package to a post office box?

For security reasons in particular, ARaxma.com cannot ship to post office boxes or poste restante addresses. Parcels from ARaxma.com are handed over to the recipient personally and therefore cannot be left in the mailbox.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

You may be asked to sign for your order upon receipt.

I'm on a business trip. Can you ship my order to my hotel?

It is also possible for us to deliver your order to your hotel. In this case, please enter the hotel's name in the "Company" field when specifying the delivery address. Don't forget to indicate the dates of your stay in the "Additional Information" field so our customer service team can assess whether we can deliver on your desired date. If delivery is not possible, we will inform you accordingly.
